Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to create individualized rehabilitation plans that address mobility limitations, pain management, and functional enhancement.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to, manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and patient education on lifestyle modifications.
• Guide patients through active and passive exercises, gait training, and activities of daily living to foster independence and restore function.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians and other specialists, to ensure cohesive and effective treatment strategies.
• Documentation of patient progress using electronic health record systems to track outcomes and refine treatment plans as needed.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about their conditions and the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population encountering various orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and sports-related injuries. Your interventions will significantly impact their recovery journeys and promote optimal functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted State Physical Therapy license to practice in Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Basic certifications in CPR and First Aid.

Preferred Experience

• Advanced clinical skills in orthopedic therapy, particularly through board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
• A demonstrated ability to utilize various therapeutic modalities, including massage, joint mobilization, and strength training.
• Strong leadership qualities with effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster a cooperative team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:
