This role is conducted primarily in a remote work setting, complementing our outpatient office's collaborative atmosphere. You will engage with patients over various platforms while working closely with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including psychiatrists and addiction medicine experts. Our remote setup allows for flexibility while maintaining high standards of care and communication effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs related to substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals coping with substance use disorders, guiding them through various stages of recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• A deep understanding of substance use disorders, treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented practices.

• Proven experience delivering both individual and group therapy in a context related to addiction treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and active listening.

Compensation and Benefits\n
