Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ongoing weekly supervision for practicum students to ensure their growth and readiness for clinical licensure and future roles.

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidenced-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to coordinate care and share resources.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, evaluating progress and making adjustments as necessary to enhance client wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Stay current with mental health trends, research, and evidence-based practices to ensure a high standard of care and professional development.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Harold Psychiatric Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Current professional liability insurance to ensure the protection of both you and your clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is the minimum requirement, candidates with additional supervisory experience or specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth practices and tools, as well as experience in a community health setting, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
