Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health using standardized diagnostic tools to formulate clinical diagnoses and create effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support resources.
\n
• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring that treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes meet ethical and legal standards for confidentiality and record-keeping.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, discussing treatment strategies and client progress in regular team meetings.

• Educate clients and their families about their mental health conditions, effective coping mechanisms, treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and involvement in their care.

• Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in mental health therapy, ensuring you provide the best possible care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other complex mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active license as a Mental Health Therapist in Texas, where you may hold either LMFT, LPC, or LCSW credentials.

Compensation and Benefits\n
