Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pathway, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing empathetic one-on-one counseling to explore clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, assisting them in developing effective coping strategies.

• Monitoring and assessing client progress through systematic evaluation metrics and feedback loops, ensuring adaptive treatment strategies are employed as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will have the opportunity to create lasting impacts on the lives of these individuals, providing them with the support they need to overcome their challenges and thrive. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
