Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to capture the nuances of clients’ mental health concerns and inform effective treatment plans.

• Deliver tailored individual therapy sessions using a variety of clinically-proven modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, actively engaging them in the treatment process and methodically monitoring their progress.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual support, ensuring they still receive high-quality care regardless of their circumstances.

• Maintain timely and precise documentation that reflects client progress and abides by ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the integrity of therapeutic processes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed of new practices and research.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Hold a current and valid license in one or more of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
