Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical therapy needs, taking into account their medical history and health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary; document progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare team members to ensure interdisciplinary care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, preventative measures, and recovery techniques to facilitate understanding and compliance.
• Conduct regular reassessments and adapt programs to address any changes in patient conditions or goals, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
• Engage in mentorship opportunities with new graduates and interns, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy, meeting all regulatory compliance standards.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer systems, including record-keeping and healthcare management software.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
