Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Harmony in Motion, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their rehabilitation needs and establishing personalized treatment plans.
• Implementing treatment interventions using a wide range of techniques, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and patient education to help alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Documenting treatment progress and patient responses, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records as required by state regulations.
• Reassessing individual goals and modifying treatment plans based on patient progress, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.
• Guiding and training patients and their caregivers on the use of assistive devices and self-care strategies to promote independence.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
