This position operates within a fully outpatient setting, allowing counselors to deliver therapies from their chosen remote locations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate tailored therapy strategies for each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Collaborate strategically with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure holistic client care and support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Forte Psychotherapy, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, which includes individuals facing various mental health disorders, couples navigating relationship dynamics, and families dealing with significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
