The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while providing essential mental health care services to our clients. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, unique experiences, and challenges, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health concerns, promoting resilience, and fostering a sense of community among patients.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and appropriate follow-up care.

• Educate patients and families about mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence in therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering culturally responsive individual and group therapy.
\n
• Effective crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfort with various computer applications related to therapy documentation.

• A commitment to professional ethics, maintaining confidentiality, and establishing appropriate professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of post-licensure experience working within a community health setting.
