Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice in Corona, California. Work Environment

This position is full-time and requires you to work onsite at our home care facility. You will be working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring access to patients during these convenient hours. Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans designed to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour to ensure personalized and high-quality care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote rehabilitation and functional recovery.
• Educate and motivate patients throughout their treatment journeys to encourage active participation in their recovery.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on their outcomes and feedback.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment summaries comprehensively to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to patients and their families regarding at-home care instructions and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient base primarily consists of individuals covered by private medical insurance, with a significant focus on orthopedic conditions. You will be working with patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions, providing services that include rehabilitation, mobility training, and preventive care. Our aim is to minimize reliance on medications and promote non-surgical alternatives to help patients achieve optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate degree preferred (DPT).
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in California.
• At least 2 years of experience in orthopedic outpatient care.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and the development of customized therapeutic exercise regimens.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically familiarity with WebPT.
• No board actions or disciplinary history related to licensure.

Preferred Experience

• Certification in specialized physical therapy practices, such as sports rehabilitation or manual therapy.
• Proven history of successful patient outcomes and satisfaction in previous roles.
• Strong mentorship or leadership experience within a therapeutic or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
