Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake paperwork and assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations and medical necessity assessments that drive the creation of individualized treatment plans.

• Manage ongoing documentation accurately and punctually, including progress notes, re-assessments, and treatment plan updates, in accordance with company policies and client goals.

• Employ a variety of innovative therapy tools and creative strategies to provide effective clinical services tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of client medical records.
\n
• Coordinate care by collaborating with clients' families and external supports as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Actively participate in weekly clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and individual supervision to foster continued professional development.

• Work closely with the Clinic Director to manage and monitor your caseload while developing your clinical skills towards licensure.

Qualifications\n

• Residency in or willingness to relocate to Oregon is essential for this position.
