Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to help clients navigate their unique mental health challenges.

• Perform comprehensive client assessments that involve collecting pertinent historical and behavioral information, which helps in creating tailored therapeutic plans.

• Facilitate supportive counseling, crisis intervention tactics, and psychoeducation for clients and their families to empower their understanding and coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric staff to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to support ongoing care and documentation.

• Stay abreast of current research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

• Engage in regular supervision and participate in training programs to enhance your therapeutic skills and professional qualifications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients of varying ages and backgrounds who present with a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. Your empathetic understanding and ability to connect with individuals from diverse cultures will be crucial in establishing therapeutic alliances and trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an independent LPC license issued by the state board of Oregon.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical documentation and prepare reports in accordance with organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary that ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly , based on experience and qualifications.
