You will work in an outpatient office setting when necessary and engage with clients through live video sessions, using digital tools that streamline your practice. Our user-friendly therapist portal facilitates timely clinical documentation and enhances the overall efficiency of your workflow, allowing you to focus more on client care and less on administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure live video conferencing, addressing a wide range of emotional disorders in adult clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to deliver comprehensive, integrative treatment plans that prioritize our clients' mental health outcomes.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor client development and make real-time adjustments to treatment plans.

• Participate in regular consultation meetings with the Therapy Leadership Team, facilitating professional support and guidance as needed.

• Ensure careful and timely clinical documentation through our efficient therapist portal to maintain compliance and enhance communication within the care team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults from diverse backgrounds who present with various emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current independent license to practice in Oregon, with credentials such as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC. Holding licenses in additional states is a notable advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
