Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health.

• Formulate and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of clients.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, applying techniques to address various mental health issues.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relational bonds.

• Consistently review and adjust treatment plans based on clients' progress and changing circumstances.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records, documentation of interactions, and progress notes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, referring clients to additional services as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed on the latest techniques and best practices in the field.

• Maintain ethical standards and uphold confidentiality, advocating for clients' rights during their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will directly impact a diverse client population, including adolescents facing developmental challenges, couples navigating relationship issues, and adults dealing with mental health concerns. Your approach will prioritize empathy, respect, and understanding, helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes in their mental wellness journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist as regulated by the State Board.

• Proven experience delivering individual and/or couples' therapy.

• Strong skills in conducting timely and comprehensive client assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Excellent communication and writing skills, with proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience, preferably in a similar telehealth or remote therapy setting.

• Specific experience working with children, adolescents, and families is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
