Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and develop tailored therapy plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing various techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies.

• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You'll work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Florida.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
