Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments by evaluating clients' psychological status, medical history, and any co-occurring medical conditions that may influence their mental health.

• Develop and implement tailored integrated treatment plans that address psychiatric and medical needs, ensuring comprehensive care for each client.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address clients' unique concerns and facilitate personal growth.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support and strategies to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center primarily serves adults with a range of mental health issues often accompanied by medical conditions such as chronic illness, pain disorders, and other psychosomatic challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of and experience in working with clients facing mental health challenges alongside medical issues.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with diverse populations.

• Proficient in maintaining professional boundaries while upholding ethical guidelines and ensuring confidentiality for all clients.

• Comfortable with electronic health record systems and other relevant computer applications.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
