Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions tailored to each patient’s specific circumstances, fostering an environment of trust and support.

• Lead group therapy sessions, providing a platform for patients to share experiences and develop coping strategies alongside peers.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during substance-related emergencies, following established protocols for patient safety and care.

• Educate patients and their families about the nature of addiction, effective recovery strategies, and community resources available for ongoing support.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily includes individuals facing challenges with substance use disorders, alongside co-occurring mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in a relevant mental health field (LMFT, LPC, LCSW required).

Compensation and Benefits\n
