Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, effectively identifying their unique needs and challenges.

• Providing graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to each patient's specific situation, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.

• Maintaining open communication with team members regarding assessment findings, treatment interventions, and patient care plans through detailed documentation and participation in collaborative meetings.

• Delivering case management services that connect clients with essential hospital and community resources, ensuring holistic care.

• Timely completion of notes and documentation in accordance with departmental standards, reflecting the ethical and professional expectations of the practice.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; a Master's Degree is preferred.

• Ability to accommodate between 10 to 40 hours of therapy sessions per week, with flexibility to increase as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
