Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify immediate needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with psychiatric consultants as required to address diagnostic or medication management needs.

• Engage with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to develop a comprehensive treatment plan, including effective discharge strategies based on psychosocial assessments.

• Maintain productivity standards and focus on quality clinical outcomes, which will be assessed during annual performance appraisals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating expertise in mental health counseling.
