This role is fully remote, allowing counselors to provide flexible and accessible services to clients within their own communities. You will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring that therapy is convenient and supportive. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to understand client goals, preferences, and available options, forming the basis of a personalized rehabilitation strategy.

• Create detailed and tailored rehabilitation plans that reflect each client’s unique educational background, skills, and aspirations, adjusting them as necessary throughout the treatment process.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive care.
\n
• Maintain meticulous case files for clients, documenting personal information, insurance details, service records, and ongoing communication to ensure coordinated care.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress regularly, utilizing evidence-based approaches to determine if the course of treatment requires modifications.
\n
• Engage with clients during their participation in job training, placement programs, and other on-site activities, resolving any issues promptly to facilitate their success.
\n
• Work closely with clients’ families to identify and implement effective support strategies that meet their needs.
\n
• Provide timely assessments of client requirements and generate reports outlining findings and recommendations.
\n
• Offer guidance and connect clients with additional resources as needed to support their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. You will leverage evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support these individuals, focusing on their strengths and resilience. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marital and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Experience in mental health treatment with a proven track record of effectively working with individuals facing mental illnesses and mood disorders in both inpatient and outpatient environments.

• Strong collaborative skills, with a passion for working as part of a cohesive team focused on driving positive change.

• Demonstrated proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and case management documentation.

• Annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
