As a remote mental health therapist at Belfry Counseling Center, you will have the liberty to create a work schedule that aligns with your personal and professional needs. Our clinic operates from Monday to Saturday, providing ample opportunities to engage with clients at various times that suit their needs. We also provide in-house credentialing support and manage your insurance participation, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping clients navigate their mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to determine their mental health needs and treatment plans.

• Document assessment findings and therapeutic interventions in accordance with industry standards, while actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.

• Facilitate effective communication with other healthcare providers and community organizations to create collaborative care plans that address the holistic needs of patients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Manage case assignments and coordinate with external resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients in their recovery journey.

• Maintain ethical documentation practices while adhering to department timelines and standards.

• Track client progress consistently and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, adolescents, and families dealing with a variety of mental health conditions. Clients may range from those experiencing anxiety and depression to individuals facing significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW recognized by the State of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
