Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intakes and assessments to determine each client’s mental health status, emotional health, and therapeutic needs.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans addressing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and substance abuse.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies to guide sessions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Document client sessions and treatment progress accurately while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
