- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and support business growth
- Minimum 2+ years State Farm agency experience (required)
- Active 440 license (220 preferred)
- Active Life & Health license (required)
- Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
- Proven experience managing or mentoring team members
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment
