Reliant Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in North Fort Myers, Florida. This is a full-time, onsite position where you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to help them recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions through comprehensive screenings, identifying impairments, and establishing individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using a variety of techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications aimed at recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, sharing insights and recommendations on joint patient management.
• Document all evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient responses accurately in the medical records according to clinic policies.
• Engage actively in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, seminars, and team meetings to stay updated with the latest practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a broad spectrum of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological disorders, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your role will focus on empowering each patient to achieve their maximum functional potential through dedicated care, education, and encouragement. Building strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and families is crucial in ensuring they feel supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid physical therapy license in the State of Florida.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members.
• Competency in using electronic health records (EHR) software and basic word processing tools.
• Ability to adapt to various patient needs and environments with agility and professionalism.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship and training are available.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing physical therapist is preferred, although candidates with less experience may be considered if they exhibit strong potential and enthusiasm for learning.

Compensation and Benefits
