We help global enterprises transform their commercial decision-making through advanced analytics, automation, and data science.We are looking for a Lead/Principal, RGM Customer Success to lead the successful delivery and adoption of Asper.ai’s RGM solutions. These solutions span Pricing & Pack Architecture (PPA), Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), Price/Volume/Mix analysis, and Trade Terms Management.The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to clients, driving best-in-class RGM execution, providing functional thought leadership, and partnering cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead end-to-end client implementation, adoption, and value generation for Asper.ai’s RGM platform.* Partner with CPG clients to define, design, and implement best-in-class RGM strategies.* Collaborate closely with Asper’s Product, Data Science, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on client needs and solution delivery.* Drive Delivery and User Adoption across client engagements.* Advise CPG clients on framing the problem statement and the preferred way to solve it to generate meaningful value**What We Are Looking For*** 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Consulting within the CPG RGM analytics.* Functional expertise/experience in Pricing, Trade Promotions, Pack Architecture, and Commercial Planning.* Proven experience leading client delivery for SaaS-based analytics or AI-driven solutions or Analytics Engagement* Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (VP/C-level) and lead strategic discussions.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.* Ability to translate client needs into actionable product development inputs and influence roadmap priorities* Sufficient proficiency in Data Science frameworks to drive the first level of discussion with the client stakeholders**Why Asper.ai*** Opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven Revenue Growth Management.* Work with global CPG leaders across multiple markets.* Collaborate with a team of industry experts, data scientists, and engineers at the forefront of RGM transformation.**Pay:**The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the starting base salary for this role is $165,000, with the potential for a higher base depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the position. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to achieving sales goals related to new client acquisition and project growth.**Benefits:**As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave.
