Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to individual needs, offering therapeutic interventions aimed at anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, utilizing techniques to improve communication and resolve conflicts, enhancing relational dynamics.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions, regularly updating them based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention assistance to clients facing immediate challenges, coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary for comprehensive support.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, while adhering to all legal and ethical requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills. Our fee-for-service model ensures that you receive payment ahead of collections, eliminating long wait times for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
