Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite within the community, as our therapists deliver healthcare services directly in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in their homes, assessing their physical abilities, limitations, and needs.
• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans tailored to each individual patient, utilizing a variety of methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and innovative equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly track and document patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training for patients, caregivers, and family members on therapeutic techniques and the proper use of assistive devices, promoting independence in self-care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops and staying current with best practices in the field of physical therapy.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
