Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' history and unique challenges, formulating personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• An active license in your respective state, either as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), is essential.

• At least three (3) years of direct experience in a therapeutic role supporting individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly and empathetically with diverse clients.
