Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy in one-on-one, group, and family settings.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects the clients’ progress and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training programs to enhance your expertise and stay updated on the latest mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
