Practical Solutions Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese. This full-time position will primarily be conducted remotely, providing intensive in-community therapeutic services throughout Newark, New Jersey, and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions in clients' homes or group therapy sessions within our outpatient center, ensuring safe and therapeutic environments.

• Provide specialized support for anger management and coping strategies, guiding youth to develop essential social skills and mitigate high-risk behaviors.

• Assist caregivers in enhancing their decision-making abilities to effectively manage behavioral challenges in the home environment.
\n
• Collaborate consistently with Child Family Treatment Teams and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support system for youth and their families.
\n
• Accurately complete and submit all required clinical documentation, including intake forms, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely manner.

• Participate in monthly team meetings to share insights and recommendations regarding patient care and overall program development.

Qualifications\n

• A valid New Jersey driver's license and access to a registered vehicle for travel to client homes are necessary.

• Successful completion of a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
