Although your primary setting is remotely based, you will collaborate with peers for team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the mental health concerns of clients, establishing clinical diagnoses and devising personalized treatment plans that meet their specific needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support and guidance to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards to protect client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop integrated care strategies for clients, sharing insights and resources that enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs to enable informed choices in their care.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) is required.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
