Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that align with family goals and child development status.
\n
• Monitor outcomes and progress, acting as a resource for families to ensure the successful implementation of recommended strategies.
\n
• Foster a positive rapport with children and families to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to provide tailored recommendations that enhance the child’s development.
\n
• Deliver insightful guidance and coaching to families, equipping them with the skills and information needed to support their child’s growth.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining a high standard of health and safety for all stakeholders.

• Document all interventions and progress in compliance with organizational policies and reporting standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children from birth to three years of age who experience a range of disabilities and developmental delays. You will work closely with their families to understand their unique challenges, coordinate services, and provide skilled interventions aimed at improving their overall development and quality of life. Your work will directly contribute to the early identification of needs and the timely provision of support that can substantially impact each child’s future opportunities for learning and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW licensure by the Department of Public Health.

• Possession of a valid driver's license, enabling travel if necessary for client engagements or assessments.

• Evidence of ability to adapt to various learning styles and an enthusiasm for implementing individualized treatment plans for children.

• At least one year of experience working in early intervention settings, particularly with children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
