Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to provide personalized care to adult clients.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning, working alongside other psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create comprehensive care solutions.

• Utilize digital tools to implement symptom self-assessments and monitor functional improvement along with treatment goals to inform necessary adjustments in care.

• Participate in clinical drop-in consultation sessions for support when needed, fostering a team-oriented approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
