Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status through virtual consultations.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their individual needs, focusing on measurable goals and outcomes.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, along with group and family therapy as needed, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving client needs and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Stay current on best practices in mental health and teletherapy to continually improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role is vital in creating a safe space for clients to openly discuss their concerns, thus enabling them to explore their thoughts and feelings and facilitate meaningful growth and healing.

• An active state license as a mental health therapist, such as: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
  \n

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum of two years' experience providing direct therapy services, with a track record of client success.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being an active contributor to team dynamics.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies and teletherapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care or family therapy will be favored. Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems is also advantageous as it aids in documenting and managing client data efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
