Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand the mental health needs and history of clients.

• Developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on achieving therapeutic goals.

• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing tailored modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Monitoring and evaluating client progress through regular check-ins and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilizing teletherapy tools to offer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology .

• Proven skills in communication and interpersonal relations.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle diverse client needs and schedules.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, additional experience in specialized therapy modalities or specific populations (such as veterans, adolescents, or families) will be advantageous. Experience working in a collaborative outpatient office and familiarity with telehealth platforms is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits include:
