This position is based remotely, allowing flexibility in your work hours, yet it requires an understanding of the unique needs associated with hospice care. The role accommodates a standard full-time schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends as necessary to address client needs. You will be responsible for outreach visits, in which you assess the living conditions of seniors, ensuring they receive consistent and thorough care. This role may include being on-call to address urgent client situations as they arise.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate effective communication among family members involved in clients' care, helping to resolve any conflicts or emotional distress that may arise.

• Keep meticulous and up-to-date records of client assessments, care plans, progress notes, and all relevant interactions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 and may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
