Your work hours will be flexible, with the option to set your schedule during our core operational time of Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through live video conferencing for individual adults.

• Utilize innovative tools such as automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to inform treatment plans.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Monitor clients’ progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Participate in team consultation sessions, where you can seek advice, share insights, and learn from your peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on a diverse adult population, including those dealing with various mental health disorders. You will work with clients from different backgrounds, providing culturally competent care and ensuring that all individuals feel valued and understood. Your work will play a critical role in supporting high-risk populations, enabling them to navigate their challenges and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program (Licenses such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT required).

• Minimum of one year of independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist.

• Ability to provide empathetic support to individuals facing a range of mental health challenges.

• Strong commitment to delivering care that respects the diversity of the client population.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of recent experience offering cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions.

• Experience working with adult patients, especially those considered to be higher risk.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, accompanied by potential bonuses and a robust benefits package.
