Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand client histories and needs.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans that are aligned with best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities during individual therapy sessions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, to foster personal growth and resilience.

• Set clear therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may struggle with accessing in-person services, ensuring equitable access to mental health support.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to expand your expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients facing various challenges related to mental health, such as anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. You will utilize a client-centered approach, ensuring that each individual feels heard, respected, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates who hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• An empathetic and non-judgmental attitude, with a strong commitment to fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
