Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for more comprehensive assessments as needed, ensuring timely and effective mental health interventions.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that facilitate access to linked services, collaborating with family members and other providers to maximize student support.

• Provide an array of mental health services including individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention tailored to the unique needs of the school population.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions to develop collective strategies aimed at improving student outcomes and ensuring effective service delivery.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated with best practices in social work.

• Monitor and assess client progress, adjusting interventions and facilitating necessary referrals as clients transition through different stages of care.

• Contribute to quality improvement efforts by participating in committees focused on enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency within the organization.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on children and adolescents facing mental health challenges within the school system. Clients may include individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Resilient Roots Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
