Work Environment

The position is based onsite in beautiful Boca Grande, Florida, which provides an exceptional setting for therapeutic services, taking advantage of the serene environment and community-oriented atmosphere. Daily duties will include direct patient interactions, evaluations, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, all within the comfort of patients' homes. Working hours are typically 40 hours a week with some variable weekend availability, ensuring a well-rounded work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical capabilities, identify limitations, and understand patient history.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing patients' functional impairments and enhancing their quality of life.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, expected outcomes, and preventative care strategies to promote long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment administered, and outcomes as per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to ensure continuity of care and holistic treatment approaches.
• Supervise and mentor support staff in the execution of treatment plans and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Engage in departmental activities such as community outreach, quality improvement initiatives, and participate in staff training sessions and meetings.
