Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health symptoms, history, and needs, using standardized tools and professional judgment.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, employing evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions with a focus on providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for exploration and growth.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to provide immediate support to clients in acute distress, ensuring client safety and implementing de-escalation strategies.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment notes, client progress assessments, and updates to treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, engaging psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and develop comprehensive service plans.

• Empower clients and their families through education on mental health topics, available resources, and self-care strategies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, workshops, and clinical supervision to enhance skills and maintain currency with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will serve a diverse range of clients, encompassing individuals who face various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
