Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and treatment goals of individuals seeking services for substance use disorders.

• Provide individual counseling sessions employing motivational interviewing techniques and cognitive-behavioral therapy methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus for this role includes individuals battling substance use disorders, many of whom may also be dealing with co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Psychologist in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment practices, and recovery-oriented care principles.

• Proven experience providing both individual and group therapy in addiction contexts.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a non-judgmental, empathetic demeanor.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and common software applications used in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
