This full-time position is remote, allowing you to provide essential services to clients from the comfort of your own space, while still maintaining a connection to the vibrant community of Eugene, Oregon.

Work Environment\n

As a remote team member, your work setting affords you the flexibility to tailor your environment to suit your productivity needs. Engage with clients and colleagues through virtual platforms, ensuring you can effectively support our community's mental health needs from anywhere. While the work hours are primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional evening and weekend shifts may be required, providing you with the capacity to adapt to client needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, facilitating a clear understanding of their needs.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans, incorporating their specific goals and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to support individuals facing mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment modalities, and effective self-care strategies to enhance their journey towards recovery.

• Continuously monitor client's progress, making dynamic adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care, aligning therapeutic approaches with any necessary pharmacological treatments.

• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mood disorder treatment, ensuring your practice remains evidence-based and effective.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a collaborative environment and enhancing your clinical competencies.

• Advocate for clients, promoting awareness and reducing stigma related to mood disorders within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily individuals grappling with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Your role is crucial in fostering their mental health, guiding them through challenges, and supporting them in achieving meaningful recovery milestones.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, with a focus on mood disorders being highly desired.
\n
• Proficient in using evidence-based treatment modalities like CBT and DBT, demonstrating a strong background in proven therapeutic techniques.

• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the capacity to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with the potential for additional bonuses based on performance. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a one-time sign-on bonus upon joining our practice.
