Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized therapy sessions with clients, applying a range of therapeutic strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Execute thorough assessments and evaluations to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards, while ensuring confidentiality and the dignity of your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing a myriad of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Our goal is to empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys through strengths-based approaches, while ensuring they feel heard and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required.

• A solid foundation in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, and substance use issues is desirable.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards pertaining to psychological practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team.

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other relevant technology is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of counseling experience, candidates with specialized expertise in crisis intervention, trauma therapy, or working with marginalized populations will be strongly preferred. Additionally, familiarity with modern telehealth applications and their effective uses in therapy will be advantageous.
