Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adolescents and adults using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients to express their concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique emotional and psychological challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide effective interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of care for clients.

• Participate in team consultations to share insights, foster collaboration, and enhance service delivery across the organization.

Your caseload will encompass a diverse demographic, including adolescents navigating mental health challenges, adults facing life transitions, and clients recovering from trauma. Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona is required.
