Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial consultations to evaluate patients' physical conditions and symptoms in detail.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to diagnose movement dysfunction and create individualized treatment plans.
• Instructing patients on therapeutic exercises, ensuring they understand the correct techniques to promote optimal outcomes.
• Administering therapeutic modalities such as massage and manual therapy to facilitate healing.
• Assisting patients with mobility equipment, such as wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices.
• Documenting patient progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Educating patients and their families on in-home exercises and strategies to enhance recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient base includes individuals of all ages, with various diagnoses such as sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice physical therapy in California.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and electronic health records.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating an ability to work with a diverse patient population.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome all levels of experience, candidates with at least two years of practice in a clinical setting are preferred. Experience in outpatient physical therapy and familiarity with individualized treatment protocols are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits
