Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to identify varying mental health conditions in clients.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing effective therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client's unique situation.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address immediate and long-term goals, ensuring they align with clients’ broader mental health needs.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as required to respond effectively to their evolving mental health challenges.
• Document session notes and maintain accurate client records promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on serving school-aged children, adolescents, and their families as they navigate emotional and social challenges. The LCSW will assist clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in clinical social work, with a strong emphasis on mental health.
