This position offers the unique flexibility of a remote work setting while being integrated into an outpatient office dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct onsite therapeutic interventions for individuals and families experiencing crisis situations, providing compassionate and effective support.

• Collaborate with First Responders to provide timely crisis intervention, which may include assisting in the transport of clients to appropriate care facilities when necessary.
\n
• Lead dispatched mobile crisis teams, offering clinical guidance and mentorship to fellow team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
\n
• Complete detailed assessments to create a clear clinical picture of clients' needs, subsequently making informed treatment recommendations.
\n
• Coordinate referrals for case management, placement, and aftercare services, tailored to the specific requirements of clients.
\n
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of community resources to facilitate direct client referrals and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be adept at working with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a multitude of mental health challenges. Our clients often face issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship struggles and major life transitions. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in guiding them through their journey to improved well-being.

Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills are crucial for effective therapy.

• A deep understanding of adolescent mental health and co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
