Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to address diverse psychological needs.

• Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and treatment progress.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring regular follow-up and adjustments as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with the multi-disciplinary team to regularly review and optimize clients’ treatment plans for the best results.

• For those taking on Level II Additional Duties, supervise and mentor Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals grappling with substance use issues and co-occurring mental health disorders, such as depression and anxiety. Expect to engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, which will require a nuanced understanding of various community insights and challenges. You will enhance their recovery journey by utilizing evidence-based practices that are gender-responsive, trauma-informed, and culturally competent.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Licensure: A current and valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.

• Three years of relevant post-licensure experience in a direct service role is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience with a specialization in mood disorders is preferred.
